Those familiar with the OBA approach to improving performance will know that the all-important Quality performance measures (how well did we do it?) include measures for the service provider as well as the actions in question. The extent to which the service provider strives towards being an equitable organisation forms the basis for important quality measures. The RBA/OBA centred US organisation Clear Impact has published a series of three excellent blogs by Kayleigh Weaver on the benefits of measuring Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In addition to making the business case for the equitable organisation, the blogs include suggested performance measures for Diversity, Inclusion and Equity which could be included in a service specification.
