As I now enter my 51st year in full time employment (the last 21 years of which have been spent in self-employment), with effect from 1st January 2022 I have taken the decision to begin to wind down my trading activities. I am still taking on occasional Outcome Based Accountability (OBA) training workshops for local authorities, NHS bodies and partnership organisations though am no longer providing general facilitation, training or consultancy work. It is my intention to retain access to OBA resources and support materials through this website for the foreseeable future in the hope that others will take on the mantle of OBA training in the UK. I am very keen to keep the OBA approach alive and am happy to advise and support anyone with an interest in delivering training and support in the process.
